The website’s foundation was an e-commerce system where users can:
• Browse solar solutions for homes and businesses.
• Add to their cart.
• Proceed to checkout, with D-LAY Vetting assessed credit eligibility.

Integrated & Automated Approval System
To streamline the process, we integrated third-party tools:
• D-LAY Vetting – Automated pre-checkout credit checks.
• Peach Payments – Secure payments.
• monday.com CRM – Tracks orders and customer journeys.
Approved payments were processed and synced to the CRM.

Smart Booking & Installation Scheduling
Once an order was completed:
• monday.com CRM assigned an installation team.
• WhatsApp sent real-time updates.
• Google Calendar managed scheduling and confirmations.• Xero automated invoicing and financial tracking.
